Are you ready to transform your hair with hair extensions? At NISA & CO., our process begins with a detailed consultation to ensure we meet your hair color and style needs. A FREE consultation is required to colour match you 1-2 weeks prior your installation appointment. If you choose a zoom consultation, I cannot guarantee the colour match will be perfect until you come for your installation. If I need to adjust the hair extension colour and do not have the correct colour for your hair in stock, we will have to re-book your installation. To secure your tape in hair extension installation booking appointment, a booking deposit is required two weeks in advance. On the day of your appointment, get ready to experience a stunning hair transformation like never before. STEP 1: Consult! We need to talk first, check your hair colour, look at pictures, show us what YOU want and expect! STEP 2: Book and Deposit There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit discussed at your consultation for your hair installation appointment that will be booked 2 weeks in advance. This secures a portion of the hair, as the hair costs more than the deposit being requested. This means that if you would like to receive your deposit back, it can't be returned. I will make sure that you understand this at your consultation before you sign the agreement. For transparency, this will be $250. Otherwise, you can choose to pay for your entire appointment upfront. If you pay for your entire appointment upfront, and you decide to cancel, I will be able to partially refund you the amount that is outside of the hair costing. A break down will be provided to you in an invoice for full transparency of my services. STEP 3: Day of Appointment! Make sure your hair has been freshly washed and dried. You are going to want your hair fresh for your installation so you get the most out of your first week of wear. Do not wash your hair and sleep on it while it is wet - this is not fresh hair to work with. Do not put oils or serums at the roots of your hair, please leave it without product as best you can.
